Entering third week of January 2018, South Jakarta will hold car free day (HBKB) again on Jl. Mampang Prapatan, Sunday (1/21).
Car free day is not only held to build a healthy lifestyle but also to have interaction and silaturahmi between communities and government
South Jakarta Mayor, Tri Kurniadi said car free day is done from KFC intersection to Jl. Warung Jati Barat or Pejaten Village Mall.
"Car free day is not only held to build a healthy lifestyle but also to have interaction and silaturahmi between communities and government," he mentioned, Friday (1/19).
C. Jakarta LH Sub-dept. Holds Anti-Littering OperationCar free day will be held from 6 AM to 11 AM. Not only communities, SKPD/UKPD also participate in this event. For example, South Jakarta Environment Sub-dept. will open air quality stand, Population and Civil Registration Sub-dept. will open population administration service, and others.
South Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept. Head, Christianto said his side will conduct traffic engineering for car free day safety.
For vehicles from Kuningan into Ragunan will be diverted to Jl. Duren Tiga Raya - Jl Raya Pasar Minggu - Jl Raya Ragunan.
"Also vehicles from Ragunan to Kuningan will be diverted to Pejaten Barat - Jl Kemang Selatan - Jl Kemang Raya - Jalan Bangka Raya - Jl Kapten Tendean," he informed.
Meanwhile, Metro Mini S75 (Blok M - Pasar Minggu) route from Jl. Kapten Tendean to Jl Mampang Prapatan will be diverted to Jl Duren Tiga - Jalan Raya Pasar Minggu dan menuju Pasar Minggu.
